| Mike, I'm going to post the emails between you and I so it is clear what you ordered and paid for. Hi Mike,
Here is the breakdown: $1200 SMIC, Ducts, Charge Pipe Kit $3000 Turbos, Turbo Inlet Pipe Kit $190 Turbo Oil Feed Line & Filter Kit $4390 TOTAL $82.82 Shipping $4472.82 Grand Total This was paid for by a check you deposited into our business account. Then at a later date you wanted to get the GT3071 kit with the 3" inlet pipes.
You deposited payment for that directly into the business account. The agreement at this time was that I would sell the RS turbos because they could not be returned to garrett for a full refund. The GT3071s were ordered and built out for you but you were understanding that it would take more time to finish the 3" inlet pipe kit to go with them which you were OK with. Within just a couple of weeks time you asked about going to the GTX3071 turbos and I said there was a price difference for them. You said you would get back to me on it and a week or so later you said you didn't have the money to get the GTX3071 turbos. Then you went to rehab for a month or so. When you got back you were confused that I had the GT3071 turbos for some reason, apparently forgetting that you had paid me exactly for those. You told me that you had purchased another Z and that you wanted all of your money back for everything, which was obviously not something that you can just snap your fingers and do at that point in the transaction. So we had an agreement that I would continue trying to sell the RS turbos and at the time the 3" pipes were finished I would put the GT3071s up for sale. At that point I also shipped you a brand new set of charge pipes, MASSIVE intercoolers, and the 2.5" turbo inlet pipe kit that were all part of the original purchase. Then apparently you blew the motor in the new Z you bought and then decided you wanted to get the GT3071 turbos since you were rebuilding it. You also asked about getting the GTX2863 turbos in that same conversation but again, the price increase for those turbos were out of your budget so you told me to send you the GT3071 turbos. Within just a short bit of time thereafter, I built out the 3" inlet system and shipped the turbos and inlet pipe kit to you which you have received. At this point the only remaining item is the reimbursement for the sale of the RS turbos which you will be receiving certified mail, cashiers check. In all of this process you have changed your mind so many times on what you want I believe you have lost track of what you have actually asked for and how the events transpired. I'm not picking at you by saying this, but your version of how everything has gone is quite a bit different than how I have seen it. Regardless, the bare essence of this all is that you paid in two separate payments for the total of parts I have listed above. You have received everything at this point except the reimbursement for the sale of the RS turbos which you will get shortly. Even despite the enormous headache you have caused me and the loss of time and the frustration in dealing with this, I have never charged you any additional monies other than what was documented in the invoices. You haven't been screwed out of anything at all - it was your indecisiveness through the process that complicated the order. I have continued to try and work this out with you but its to a point now where you keep changing your mind on how you want to remember how all of this transpired. The proof is really in the money trail though - you sent money for product and you have received product and a reimbursement is on the way. I also have text messages from you showing that when I told you the GT3071s were shipped, it is very clear how happy you were about that fact. Now you keep changing your story simply to just try and make it seem like I am incompetent. Here is a screen shot from last week when I shipped the turbos - you can clearly see your excitement about the GT3071s being shipped to you.
